LYRICS - ENGLISH TRANSLATION (translations by @translatingTXT)

I turned my back on heaven

Fall from the sky

SELF REFERENCE: Growing Pain: "Been free-falling into the air"

Maybe I'll miss it for good

That sweet mirage

CONTEXT/EXPLANATION: A mirage is an optical illusion caused by atmospheric conditions - often seen in deserts or on hot roads - where light bends in a way that makes it appear as though there’s water or a reflective surface in the distance, though nothing is really there. Figuratively, a mirage refers to something that seems real or attainable but is actually just an illusion - like a hope, dream, or goal that feels close yet remains out of reach or proves deceptive. It’s used here in the figurative sense to describe Neverland, which, as described in Farewell, Neverland, is “a paradise full of lies.”

Pain on my skin

SELF REFERENCE: Growing Pain: "Into the pain, throw my body, yeah"

I prepared to die

Increasing my speed

Down to earth like a meteorite

My fate, come and kiss me

I just keep on chasing that feeling

Even if I'm broken, leave me

SELF REFERENCE: Growing Pain: "Even if blood flows / Even if my bones break / Gotta make my way through this"

I just keep on chasing

Chasing that feeling

Chasing that feeling

Chasing that feeling

It's all I know, it's all I know

The time when I lost my way

I was lost like a child

Finally I saw the truth, yeah

SELF REFERENCE: Farewell, Neverland: "Everything that was beautiful / I know now wasn’t the truth.”

And I feel so alive

Growing pains all over my body

SELF REFERENCE: Growing Pain

Feels like I'm on fire

Even if it hurts a little

Burn and fall like a shooting star

My fate, come and kiss me

I just keep on chasing that feeling

Even if I'm broken, leave me

I just keep on chasing

Chasing that feeling

Chasing that feeling

Chasing that feeling

It's all I know, it's all I know

I'm chasing

Chasing

I'm chasing

I turn my back on heaven

Fall from the sky

And everything's gonna bе alright

My fate, come and kiss me

I just keep on chasing that feeling

Even if I'm broken, leave me

I just keep on chasing

Chasing that feeling

Chasing that feeling

Chasing that feeling

It's all I know, it's all I know

I keep chasing, chasing

I'm chasing

Chasing

Chasing that feeling
