ABOUT/MEANING: 'Miracle' is a heartfelt expression of the transformative power of meaningful connections and the joy they bring. As the boys reflect on their promised bonds that offer strength and motivation, they look forward to a brighter tomorrow - one shaped by the relationships they cherish. The song highlights how these connections can turn ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences, creating a sense of wonder and anticipation for the future, making tomorrow feel like a miracle in itself. On a more personal level, 'Miracle' is deeply autobiographical, rooted in the members’ own relationship with each other and how they cherish their miracle-like bond. When creating the song, Taehyun asked the other members individually what their biggest miracle in daily life was, and was touched to hear that all four of them unanimously answered, “the fact that I have these four people beside me.”
This sentiment is echoed in a touching reflection by Soobin during a live stream on his 23rd birthday, around the time he likely began writing for the Minisode 3 album: "I was actually surprised during the last concert...the members' ments were really beautiful. Yeonjun hyung started by expressing his sincere feelings, and then Taehyun said that meeting the force of us was the biggest miracle to him [see quote below]. Hearing those words kinda made me realize...since I’ve been living with them for nearly 10 years now, I got so used to and numb to the feeling that I thought it was very natural for them to always be next to me—that it was natural for us to be stuck to each other 24/7, 365 days a year, and that it was so natural for us to be performing together. Hearing the two of them say things like that, I once again realized how grateful I was to the fact that I met these four people and that we're able to perform together as five while also living together for nearly 10 years without any troubles. It really is a miracle. It felt like those numb feelings had become sensitized again...I was really touched."
“Life doesn’t always go as you want, and that’s the same for everyone. But… even within that, something I think of as my biggest blessing and biggest miracle is that I met these four people. I think that because I have these four people with me, I’m no longer afraid of anything.” - Taehyun

❗This song contains references to TXT's previous songs, as well as personal moments from their time together. These references are not highlighted in the lyric video. If you'd like to explore them further, feel free to check out the written lyrics below.
You, you (Yeah)
I was wandering alone inside the maze in the mirror
Reference to TXT's song 'Maze in the Mirror' which was written by the members about their struggles during their trainee days.
I didn't believe in miracles
To me, who was afraid of tomorrow's sun
You were a candlelight in the darkness
Success, fame, money
It's nothing without you
Only when you close your eyes can you see tomorrow
Reference to the 'The Little Prince': "It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye." A similar sentiment appears in the intro to TXT's Deja Vu music video: "Since some things are precious but invisible to the eye we forget them as life passes by."
One, two, three
On the count of three, it'll unfold
(One) If it's you
(Two) I really
(Three) Look forward to the miracle called 'tomorrow'
La-la-la-la, la-la-la-la
I look forward to the miracle called 'tomorrow'
We can make missteps, so what?
You'll hold my hand
Comfortably rest your body in the warmth we share
On a cold winter's day, we'll make it warm
Reference to TXT's song 'Our Summer' which emphasizes that the warmth of friendships and shared experiences can make every moment feel like an endless summer: No matter where we are / No matter what season / If we’re together, feel like summer
In the river of reflecting lights
We shared our favorite song
The midnight escape we made on our bikes
Shines on me like a miracle, it's like you
This section references the members' experiences as trainees, as they’ve shared that they often went to the Han River together, especially after monthly evaluations, since it provided a peaceful space to think and connect with one another.
With that connection,
Let's go towards tomorrow
Only when you close your eyes can you see tomorrow
One, two, three
On the count of three, it'll unfold
(One) If it's you
(Two) I really
(Three) Look forward to the miracle called 'tomorrow'
La-la-la-la, la-la-la-la
I look forward to the miracle called 'tomorrow'
Oh, oh-oh-oh
I look forward to the miracle called 'tomorrow'
The words "Let's be together today and tomorrow too"
Let's shout them out, looking at each other
Before concerts/big events the members get in a circle and chant this phrase together.
I feel like, oh wow, I'm so grateful
I look forward to the miracle we make together
This alludes to the meaning of TXT's group name: You and I who are different have come together under one dream in hopes of making a better tomorrow.
La-la-la-la, la-la-la-la (La-la-la-la, la-la-la-la, oh)
I look forward to the miracle we make together
La-la-la-la, la-la-la-la (La-la-la-la, la-la-la-la, oh)
I look forward to the miracle called 'tomorrow'
Helpful Context (Album Summary): "Close your eyes, Wendy. Leave tomorrow behind. Take my hand, and let’s go to a place where we will never grow old, with no worries." These words from 'The Name Chapter' concept trailer once embodied the allure of eternal youth - a fantasy of escaping time. But 'Minisode 3: TOMORROW' marks a turning point in the boys’* journey, shifting from running away from the inevitable to embracing what lies ahead. Bridging 'The Name Chapters' and 'The Star Chapters,' the album explores their emotional and personal growth after resisting the temptation of Neverland (TEMPTATION) and taking a leap into the unknown (FREEFALL). Now, standing at the threshold of 'tomorrow,' they no longer seek to evade it but instead welcome it. The album tells the story of a boy who, remembering a past promise, embarks on a journey to find 'you'*: the one with whom he made that promise. Believing that 'tomorrow' holds hope and salvation, he faces the challenges of today with confidence that the future can bring something better. Inspired by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s 'The Little Prince,' the album explores the emotional landscape of waiting for a brighter tomorrow while navigating the struggles of the present. It serves as a testament to youth’s unwavering optimism and the belief that, despite uncertainty, tomorrow is worth facing. [*Within TXT's discography-based narrative, the term 'boys' or 'boy' represents the TXT members while also serving as generalized protagonists to convey the broader experiences of youth. While 'you' is intentionally kept broad, allowing for various interpretations of the relationship whether it be platonic, romantic, fan-artist, or another dynamic.]
Helpful Context (Album Series Summary): In between each series of chapters in TXT's discography, 'minisodes' are released. Minisodes serve as transitional bridges, between chapters, guiding the listener from one era to the next while introducing new themes and emotional turning points.
